Reservations:

Our Services are appointment only to ensure preferred treatment or therapist availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number.

 

Treatment Time:

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Treatments will end as scheduled to ensure that the next appointment for the next client.

 

Cancellation Policy:

We require 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations for our services. The full price of your service(s) will be charged for all late cancellations or no shows. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a spa service will not receive any extension of schedule treatment time with full charges applied, so as to not inconvenience to next clients. No show after 15 minutes from your appointment time, your appoint will be cancelled and 100% full price of your service(s) will be charged.

 

Valuables:

For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you leave them in the sage provided in your house. Hawaii Spa LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.

 

Purchase Policy:

You can exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.

Eyelash Extension Salon Policy:

Service of Eyelash Extension is not science. Because of working with Nature of eyelash growth, it will not look symmetrical finish. Fullness, length and design can be asymmetry.

Once session is done, Hawaii Spa will not offering any refund. If Client request adjustment, there will be additional fee and require to make new appointment.

Age Requirements:

Spa clients are required to be 18 years and over. Clients 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all Spa services.

 

Other etiquettes:

Alcohol is not permitted.

Cellular phones are prohibited.

No photography or video.

 

Additionally

A state of Hawaii tax of 4.712% will be charged on all Spa services

Gratuity is not included in price.
