Spa hours of operation subject to change without notification.
Our Services are appointment only to ensure preferred treatment or therapist availability. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card and telephone number.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Treatments will end as scheduled to ensure that the next appointment for the next client.
We require 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations for our services. The full price of your service(s) will be charged for all late cancellations or no shows. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a spa service will not receive any extension of schedule treatment time with full charges applied, so as to not inconvenience to next clients. No show after 15 minutes from your appointment time, your appoint will be cancelled and 100% full price of your service(s) will be charged.
For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you leave them in the sage provided in your house. Hawaii Spa LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.
You can exchange unopened products within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.
Spa clients are required to be 18 years and over. Clients 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all Spa services.
Alcohol is not permitted.
Cellular phones are prohibited.
No photography or video.
A state of Hawaii tax of 4.712% will be charged on all Spa services
Gratuity is not included in price.
